Visit GAC AION: Explore 4S Store & Smart Factory, Witness New Energy Strength
On April 23rd, following the in-depth exchange at the headquarters, our company led all overseas dealer partners to Guangzhou, launching a wonderful exploration journey of GAC AION — we visited both GAC AION’s headquarters 4S store and its smart factory, allowing the partners to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the brand’s products, services and intelligent manufacturing strength.
First, the delegation arrived at GAC AION’s headquarters 4S store. Under the guidance of the store’s professional staff, the overseas partners carefully viewed the full range of AION new energy models, including pure electric sedans, SUVs and other popular models. The staff detailed the core configurations, performance parameters, intelligent functions and after-sales service system of each model, and demonstrated the vehicle’s intelligent driving assistance, in-car entertainment and other functions on the spot. The partners actively asked questions about the vehicle’s adaptability to overseas markets, after-sales support and other issues, and had a more intuitive perception of the product competitiveness and market potential of AION models through close contact and experience.
Subsequently, the team went to GAC AION’s smart factory, getting close to the top intelligent manufacturing level of China’s new energy vehicles. Accompanied by the factory’s professional commentators, the partners visited the four major intelligent production workshops in turn: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. They watched the fully automated robot production line, flexible mixed-line production process and full-process quality inspection system up close. From the precision processing of core components to the complete offline of the whole vehicle, from the green and low-carbon production concept to the strict factory quality standards, every link fully demonstrated the strong strength of GAC AION in intelligent manufacturing.
It is worth mentioning that the flexible production technology of the factory can realize the mixed-line production of new energy vehicles of different colors, models and configurations, supporting more than 100,000 optional schemes, which can quickly respond to the personalized needs of different global markets. At the same time, as China’s first “zero-carbon factory”, the roof is covered with solar panels, and the annual power generation can meet 50% of the factory’s daily electricity demand, perfectly combining green production with efficient manufacturing. In addition, the digital management system installed in the factory realizes full traceability of the production process, with accurate data records from raw material procurement to finished product inspection, ensuring the stability of product quality.
After the visit, the overseas dealers highly recognized GAC AION’s product quality, intelligent manufacturing level and service system. They said that this visit not only deepened their understanding of AION’s new energy products, but also further strengthened their confidence in cooperating with our company to introduce high-quality new energy vehicles to the global market, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent wholesale and distribution of AION models in overseas markets.
